Equipment Operator INDB

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Equipment Operator to join our team in Edgerton, Kansas. This individual will be responsible for moving seed products, loading and unloading trucks, and keeping material flowing safely and efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will possess previous sit-down forklift experience, ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and more listed below.

• Starting at $18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday – Friday, flexible start time (6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 9:00 AM, determined at interview)
• Located in Edgerton, Kansas

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move seed products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks accurately and safely
• Stage and organize product for shipping and storage
• Inspect the forklift before each shift and report any issues
• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures
• Support the team in meeting daily shipping and receiving goals

• Previous sit-down forklift experience is required
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as needed during the shift
• Attention to detail and accuracy when loading and unloading
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
