Warehouse Operations Clerk

The Warehouse Support Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation, entering warehouse data, and supporting timely processing of materials and orders. They prepare operational reports, update stock records, and respond to routine inquiries to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

• Maintain complete and accessible operational records for shipping and inventory.
• Accurately enter data related to inventory movements, order status, and shipments.
• Route materials and manage exception items through appropriate workflows.
• Generate reports on inventory and shipment activities for review.
• Update records on stock levels, storage locations, and transactions.
• Assist internal and external contacts with operational inquiries.

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control preferred.
• Must be Order Picker and Forklift Certified or willing to become certified.
• Experience with warehouse data entry and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
