MWI Animal Health, a Cencora company, is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Edwardsville, KS. You will guide daily inbound and outbound operations, reconcile inventory variances, and support team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily workflow across receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch staging areas.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction records.
- Monitor stock levels, storage compliance, and shipment dispatch timelines.
- Investigate damaged freight, shipping exceptions, and root causes for delays.
- Assist warehouse leadership in training and mentoring distribution associates.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience.
- CSCP or equivalent logistics certification is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hourly compensation up to $23.55/hr.
