Warehouse Operations Clerk

This position involves supporting warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and data entry to ensure accurate and efficient processing of materials and shipments.

• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation for operational records.
• Accurately enter data related to inventory movements, order status, and shipments.
• Route materials and orders through appropriate workflows for timely processing.
• Prepare reports on inventory status and operational issues for routine review.
• Update records on stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activities to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to operational inquiries to provide status updates and support.

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Order Picker and Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow workflows.
• Ability to learn and adapt to operational procedures.
