Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are working with a well-established Miami Beach condominium association seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Association Accountant to join the team on-site, full time.

• Prepare monthly financial statements for a condominium association.
• Complete bank reconciliations and balance sheet support schedules.
• Perform variance analysis and provide clear financial explanations.
• Review and process invoices with proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain prepaid, accrued expense, and insurance schedules.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including year‑end entries as directed.
• Work closely with property management and board members.
• Support audits and special accounting projects as needed.

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in a condo or HOA environment (required).
• Strong experience with full‑cycle association accounting and monthly close.
• Solid Excel skills (reconciliations, schedules, analysis).
• Clear, professional communication style.
• Ability to work on‑site, full time at the property.
