Join Goodyear and gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by diagnosing technical issues while delivering outstanding service.

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving, including brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventive maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report any safety issues immediately to management
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods (e.g., lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, squatting)

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
• Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

• High School Diploma or GED
• ASE Certification
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition

• Perform line technician services, inspections/maintenance, diagnostics, and problem-solving
• Provide excellent guest service and mentoring to teammates
• Document work and maintain safety
• Maintain guest-focus and teamwork during all operating hours
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
