The
Regional Safety Manager ,reportingtothe

Director of

Safety,isresponsibleforpromotingandmaintainingasafeworkenvironmentacrosstheregion.

Thisroleworkscloselywithprojectteamstoprovidetechnicalguidanceandsupport,ensurecompliancewithsafetyregulationsandcompanypolicies,andidentifyandaddresspotentialworkplacehazards.

Keyresponsibilitiesincludeconductingprojectsiteinspections,monitoringsafetypractices,andsupportingtheimplementationofsafetyproceduresinaccordancewiththe

Company’sSafety&Health Manual.

The Regional Safety Manageralsocollaborateswiththe Company ’sSafety

Departmenttopromoteastrongsafetycultureandensureconsistentsafetystandardsthroughouttheregion.

• Lead,supervise,and support
  
  Safety
  
  Specialiststhroughouttheregiontoensureconsistentsafetyperformanceandcompliance.
• Coachandguideemployeesonsafetyexpectations,best practices,andadherencetothe
  
  Company’sSafety
  
  Program.

• Implementandoverseethe Company’sSafety&Health Manual,includingprogramsdesignedtominimizeworkplacerisksandpreventincidents.
• Ensurecompletionofrequiredsafetytrainingandmaintainaccuratetrainingrecordsanddocumentation.
• Supporttheadministrationandenforcementofthe Company’sDrug&Alcohol Policy.
• Interpretandensurecompliancewithapplicablelocal,state,andfederalsafetyregulations,including OSHA,MSHA,EPA,and Workers’Compensationrequirements.
• Manageandmaintainthe Company’sCrisis Communication Program ,includingcoordinatingperiodictraining.

• Assessworkplacerisksbasedonfrequency,severity,andpotentialfinancialimpact,andrecommendappropriatepreventativemeasures.
• Identifypotentialhazards,evaluaterisks,anddeveloprecommendationstopreventaccidents,injuries,andlosses.
• Assistwithincidentinvestigationsand Root Cause Analysistoidentifycontributingfactorsandimplementcorrectiveactions .
• Maintainaccuraterecordsofworkplacehazards,employeeexposures,andsafety-related incidents.

• Conductjobsiteinspectionsandsafetyassessments,document findings,andfollowuponcorrectiveactions.
• Partnerwithprojectteamstooverseesubcontractorsafetycomplianceandadherencetoprojectsafetyrequirements.
• Supportprojectteamswithriskmanagementplanningandparticipateinpre-construction meetings.
• Assistindevelopingandreviewing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) formajorconstructionactivitiesandnewoperations.
• Developandimplementsafetystrategies,best practices,andpreventativemeasurestoprotectemployees,subcontractors,andthepublic.

• Collect,analyze,andinterpretsafetyperformancedata,includingworkplaceinjuries,illnesses,and incidents,toidentifytrendsandopportunitiesforimprovement.
• Preparesafetyreportsandproviderecommendationstosupportmanagementdecisionsandcontinuousimprovement.
• Developaworkingunderstandingofconstructionmanagementoperations,including scheduling,estimating,cost accounting,andclientrelations.

• Advisethe Director of Safety ,Regional Manager,and Corporate Safety Departmentonregulatorycompliance ,potential risks,andrecommendedpreventativeactions.
• Traveloccasionallybetweenregionstocollaboratewith Safety Departmentpersonnelandstrengthenworkingrelationships .
