WhatYou’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their moving experience is smooth and stress-free. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Assisting customers with scheduling and coordinating their moving needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Upholding our company’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and care.
We’re seeking a warm, approachable, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a customer-facing role. To succeed in this position, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
