Morris Lapidus (designer) – Fontainebleau reinvents his vision, merging striking design, music, fashion, and technology to create a vibrant guest experience on Collins Avenue.

• Maintain general table maintenance and cleanliness of the nightclub in accordance with specifications.
• Assist cocktail servers in carrying beverages to guests as necessary.
• Set tables with mixers and glassware, restock server stations.
• Clear and clean tables; set up tables for next customers.
• Supervise quality of busser staff.
• Prepare and assign sections for bussers nightly.
• Work closely with hostess staff and management to ensure efficient service for customers.
• Provide feedback to management on staff performance and report issues or disciplinary problems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of electrical equipment usage.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and safe chemical usage.
• Clear reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
• Effective communication and ability to establish and maintain working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
• Understanding of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions.
• Relevant experience in a high‑quality, high‑volume hospitality operation preferred.
