The role focuses on sourcing, pre‑screening, and scheduling interviews for mostly hourly non‑exempt hospitality and maintenance positions, with some salary‑exempt roles in the region.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

As a team member at KW Property Management & Consulting, you are expected to grasp and support the company’s mission statement and practice our “GREAT” values: greeting and smiling; showing respect with name recognition and eye contact; accepting the empowerment to exceed expectations; displaying enthusiasm; maintaining a positive attitude; being accountable and trustworthy; and practicing transparency in all duties.

Responsibilities
  • Source applicants, conduct interviews, and pre‑screen applicants for hiring managers.
  • Build applicant resources by forming relationships with universities and attending job fairs.
  • Post job openings on job boards as needed.
  • Update and maintain a weekly active jobs report for staffing meetings.
  • Assist property managers with updates and property‑specific tasks as needed.
  • Assist the onsite team with requests for hourly candidates and some salary candidates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience for hourly roles.
  • Working knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with a diverse, multicultural population.
  • Experience in a hospitality‑focused company with strict hiring standards is highly preferred.
  • Self‑starter who can work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing critical roles and deadlines to deliver results.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills required.
