MissionDoor Loop is hiring an Implementation Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding and implementation process. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers are successfully set up on the Door Loop system, trained to use it effectively, and positioned for long-term success. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and interactions.
Responsibilities- Own the implementation onboarding process for new Door Loop customers, ensuring a smooth, strategic, and timely transition from sale to go-live.
- Lead customer-facing Zoom sessions, tailoring implementation guidance based on each customer's specific needs and goals.
- Manage a dynamic pipeline of up to 120 customer accounts, using discretion to prioritize outreach, identify at-risk implementations, and adjust strategies as needed to maintain momentum.
- Initiate proactive outreach via phone, email, and text to keep customers engaged and on track.
- Respond to customer inquiries with consultative guidance, addressing challenges with autonomy and coordinating internally as needed to remove obstacles and accelerate onboarding.
- Act as a strategic platform advisor, delivering tailored recommendations and best practices to help customers configure Door Loop effectively for their business workflows.
- Track and document all customer interactions, progress, and notes in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) using best practices in account management.
- Identify and troubleshoot implementation issues, applying judgment to determine when to escape internally.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across the onboarding journey to continuously improve processes, customer experience, and internal efficiency.
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers over the implementation cycle.
- Consistently meet or exceed activation and engagement targets by driving customer outcomes and contributing to the evolution of team best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-up habits.
- Strong understanding of urgency and how to progress customers through pipeline
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Experience in project coordination or implementation roles preferred.
- Proven ability to track progress, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with a large volume of customer calls and Zoom meetings.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools required.
- Technically savvy with basic troubleshooting ability; you're the one friends and family call for tech help.
