U.S. Renal Care – a dedicated kidney disease care provider – is hiring a floating Registered Nurse. Pay is determined by skills and experience within the following range.

$41.85/hr – $59.78/hr

As an RN at U.S. Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross‑functional team. You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians, and provide high‑quality dialysis treatment to patients living with kidney disease.

• Patient care. Deliver safe, comfortable, and effective dialysis treatment, complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments, monitor patients during therapy, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Teamwork. Contribute to interdisciplinary patient assessment and care planning, meet staffing requirements under the Administrator’s direction, and adhere to state regulations for staffing ratios.
• Safety & Quality. Follow company policies, state, and federal regulations, attend required staff meetings, and complete continuing‑education offerings.

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
