Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis Nursing at U.S. Renal Care

$41.85/hr – $59.78/hr

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at U.S. Renal Care, you will be a vital part of a cross‑functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. You will assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in caring for patients with kidney disease.

• Patient care. Provide safe, comfortable, and high‑quality dialysis treatment. Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments, monitor patients during treatment, review medication profiles monthly, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Teamwork. Serve as a critical member of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring all required patient assessment and care planning activities are completed and that staffing ratios meet state regulations and Administrator direction.
• Safety & Quality. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and federal and state laws. Participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience.
