Your Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Your mission? To provide exceptional nursing care that supports our patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in their daily duties.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Deliver compassionate care that empowers patients to achieve their highest potential.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Hold a current and active LPN license in good standing.
- Preferably have at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- Maintain CPR certification, either upon hire or during orientation.
