You will orient and support LPN Clinic/Meds, perform basic procedures, administer treatments and vaccines, and document patient responses in the EHR system.
You will coordinate with RNs and Practitioners to adjust care plans, manage vaccine data, ensure infection control, and educate patients across varying age groups.
