• Daily seller prospecting (expired listings, FSBOs, sphere, farm areas)
• Run listing appointments using a proven presentation
• Manage listings from pre-launch through closing with admin/marketing support

• Active Hawaii real estate license is required
• 2+ years of experience selling listings on Oahu and outbound prospecting experience
• Confident on the phone — thrives on conversations, follow‑up, and daily activity
