Join Fontainebleau Miami Beach, a historic luxury hotel on Collins Avenue, in the heart of Millionaire’s Row. Fontainebleau, known for its iconic design by Morris Lapidus, offers a vibrant guest experience that blends modern luxury with the Golden Era glamour.

We are looking for a Busser/Runner to support servers by supplying food items and supplies, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring efficient service throughout the restaurant.

• Serve general items such as food, hot and cold beverages
• Stock the runner station with all required items
• Keep the area and station clean
• Serve guests at the pool and cabanas in a timely manner
• Be well groomed at all times and upbeat
• Understand electrical equipment usage and maintain standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage
• Communicate effectively and establish and maintain working relationships with management, staff, and guests
• Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred
