Cocktail Server
Fontainebleau Miami Beach, a historic luxury hotel on Collins Avenue, seeks a Cocktail Server to provide exceptional food, cocktail, and beverage service to guests.
IF YOU CREATE THE STAGE SETTING AND IT IS GRAND, EVERYONE WHO ENTERS WILL PLAY THEIR PART.
Responsibilities include:
- Take drink orders from guests and serve drinks (and food orders where applicable).
- Adhere to proper par stock ordering procedures.
- Complete and oversee set-up and clearing of the lounge area.
- Monitor and maintain floor sections and lounge area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Display knowledge of flare bartending skills and the basic functions of beverage operations.
- Understand all liquor laws and regulations concerning the service of alcoholic beverages.
- Have strong knowledge of wines and spirits.
- Communicate effectively and maintain working relationships with staff.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in a high-quality, high-volume operation preferred.
