We are seeking a Lead Sommelier to motivate and mentor staff’s wine knowledge, inspire and delight guests, and foster an environment of excellence in food, wine, and service.

• Oversee daily beverage service operations and ensure quality wine standards.
• Manage bar program, purchasing, and inventories of all liquor.
• Analyze beverage sales data to identify opportunities for increasing profitability.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports using Avero.
• Encourage continuous improvement of products, processes, and service.
• Resolve guest concerns and implement effective resolutions.
• Schedule labor, assign work, and supervise the beverage service team.
• Plan, manage, and monitor training, coaching, and staff relationships.
• Conduct training to ensure strong product knowledge and upsell proficiency.
• Review performance, set objectives, and provide feedback.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Familiarity with wine service concepts and food service practices.
• Experience in supervisory and communication roles.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.

• Minimum three years of relevant food & beverage management experience in a high‑quality, high‑volume establishment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory and problem‑solving abilities.
