Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment are sought. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
