Nobu Miami Beach, located in the Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc, is expanding its bar team for a brand-new location. We are looking for dynamic, reliable, hardworking, and professional candidates to serve guests in the Nobu style with prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean, comfortable environment.

• Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant features, beverages/cocktails/wines, cuisine, and general information
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant standards, policies, and procedures
• Clean and maintain the dispense bar area at all times
• Set up and breakdown of the bar/dispense area
• Prepare hot beverages for guests in the Nobu style
• Assist the bar and FOH staff with any other bar/beverage needs

• Minimum 1+ year experience in bar, restaurant or a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Basic food and beverage knowledge, with consistent and concise guest relations
• Knowledge of coffee, tea, sake, wine, and champagne
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling, and occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs
