In partnership with Ennismore and Cain International, the property is undergoing a significant renovation and redevelopment, positioning Delano as a flagship location and a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality.

Under the general guidance of the Assistant Bar Manager, the Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring quality and consistency of drinks, managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to drink recipes and customer preferences.
• Garnish drinks to enhance presentation and flavor.
• Take beverage orders from patrons, process food orders, and coordinate with the wait staff to ensure smooth service.
• Suggest specials from the drink menu to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and maintain bar cleanliness, ensuring all glassware is clean and ready for use.
• Maintain and manage bar inventory, restocking items as needed throughout the shift.
• Operate the POS system and cash register for processing payments quickly and accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe work environment for both staff and patrons.
• Verify customers meet the legal drinking age by checking IDs before serving alcohol.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Work closely with other team members, including the barback and wait staff, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive teamwork dynamic.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Provide lateral service as required in the hospitality industry.
