• Complete daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintain positive relationships with Store Management.
• Conduct apprehensions within established policies and guidelines.
• Communicate with store associates about damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identify and resolve internal and external theft.
• Adhere to shoplifter guidelines and policies.
• Provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality.
• Observe, apprehend, and deter acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Ensure apprehensions align with store theft activity.
• Complete and distribute paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain evidence and demonstrate understanding of law‑enforcement procedures; participate in legal activities as needed.
• Coordinate and complete shrink activities in partnership with Store Management.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink‑reduction goals and programs.
• Encourage associate use of shrink‑reduction resources.
• Promote safety awareness and support a safe environment.
