The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding them on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge and growth. Bring your passion and personality, and we will take care of the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Availability to meet scheduling needs
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to understand and explain product labels
• Ability to follow directions and perform duties as assigned

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations. May be exposed to fumes and odors.

Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
