As the Produce‑Floral Manager, you will lead the department in managing inventory, pricing integrity and key operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This fast‑paced role demands efficiency, effectiveness and a passion for excellence to deliver results.

• Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely service recommendations and accommodating their special requests
• Manage order guides, ordering deadlines and reduce shrink or damage
• Receive and stock goods that follow rotation standards when replenishing product levels
• Direct teams to handle, slice, and prepare specialty produce items, fruit and veggie platters/trays, and convenient meal solutions while maintaining quality product levels as indicated within TFM standards
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members “on‑the‑job” and through The Fresh Market’s internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
• Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts and schematics of the department for merchandising
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years old
