Stretch Zone North Beach is Miami Beach’s premier assisted stretching studio, serving everyone from athletes to busy professionals. Using our patented method and equipment, we help clients boost performance, reduce stiffness, and improve overall wellness.

• Drive membership sales inside and outside the studio.
• Engage potential clients and explain the benefits of assisted stretching.
• Call and follow up with leads to book first‑time sessions.
• Build strong client relationships and recommend tailored memberships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and consultations.
• Support studio operations by greeting guests, answering phones, and assisting with scheduling.
• Represent Stretch Zone at off‑site events to generate leads.
• Ensure excellent client experiences in collaboration with stretch practitioners.

• Strong B2C sales experience (not retail).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with CRM systems.
• Passion for fitness, health, or wellness.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Ability to work 9 am – 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Compensation: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Our certified Stretch Practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and movement science. We actively recruit professionals with backgrounds in Personal training, Physical therapy, Massage therapy, Yoga and dance, EMT and first response, Competitive athletics, including basketball and Jiu‑Jitsu. These aren’t just preferred qualifications—they represent the real credentials of our growing team. We value not only the technical expertise our staff brings to each session, but also the unique passions and perspectives they contribute to our studio culture.
