Job DescriptionThe role entails growing an established spirits portfolio in the retail customer base with moderate focus on opening new accounts within an assigned territory through consultative sales. Sales are B2B‑oriented and results rely heavily on building relationships and servicing accounts promptly.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure consistent customer contact
- Properly plan and execute sales initiatives
- Handle all customer related issues promptly and friendly
- Maintain full understanding of products and promotional schedules
- Make effective sales presentations
- Achieve assigned company objectives and grow business
- Identify and nurture new and under‑sold accounts
- Use available POS to enhance selling efforts
- Know all deals, programming and initiatives the company has
- Follow necessary steps when making sales calls
- Provide reliable and consistent customer service to accounts
- Face‑to‑face interaction with customers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Handle all paperwork in a proper and timely manner
- Skills & Abilities: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, timely, with strong prioritization; goal and results driven; adept at connecting with diverse buyer types; exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills; strong presentation skills
- Accessibility: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; reliable transportation and proof of insurance; availability to work outside 8‑5 schedule, including early evenings and occasional weekends

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a Sales Representative role or higher - Education: BS degree or equivalent work experience
Earning potential $60,000 – $75,000+ annually, based on recent sales performance.
