A 100% inbound booked call position with a guaranteed full calendar (if KPI met). 2-year track record of full calendars, 300+ daily booked calls with 25-30 reps, top reps earn $20-30k/month, over $120 staff, based in business for 10 years.
Responsibilities- Conduct 16 30‑minute Zoom calls per day.
- Sell $10k–$100k TV media packages to small businesses.
- Attend every call on time and maintain a professional appearance.
- Manage CRM, send SMS, generate reports for each call.
- Participate in daily AM training sessions.
- Work remotely with a reliable camera setup; be on Zoom video at all times.
- Experience closing packages of $10k or more.
- Proof of sales/earnings required.
- Proficient with technology—CRM, SMS, reporting.
- Strong communication and ethical legal selling practices.
- Prior experience in high‑ticket sales preferred.
- Must be a self‑starter, ethical and professional; no new reps will be hired.
On‑target earning $150,000–$250,000 per year.
