Are you an experienced aviation spare parts sales professional looking for new challenges in an ambitious and entrepreneurial environment? We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Skyways Technics A/S in Miami as soon as possible and take an important role in driving sales growth and strengthening our customer relationships within the aviation spare parts sector, with a primary focus on Narrow body aircraft platforms.
Skyways Technics A/S is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircraft and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain Skyways Technics A/S’ position as the preferred maintenance provider.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Understand customer procurement processes and identify key decision‑makers to support successful sales outcomes.
- Build customized commercial offers based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and market conditions.
- Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds both customer and Skyways Technics expectations.
- Provide responsive customer support via phone and email to ensure a superior buying experience.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to evaluate opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and gather insights on competitor offerings, pricing trends, and customer demand.
- Represent Skyways Technics at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events when required.
- Generate continuous new sales leads through networking, outreach, and strategic business development.
- Uphold Skyways Technics’ commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Sales, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and customer‑focused approach.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong intercultural awareness and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general IT literacy; experience with ERP systems (Pentagon 2000) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while solving complex problems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven experience in Aircraft Spare Parts Sales and Services is essential.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with procurement teams and executive‑level stakeholders.
- Experience delivering commercial solutions in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
- Ability to multitask while understanding and solving complex problems.
- Familiarity with key Narrow body systems and components.
