Orange theory Kapolei is looking for a dynamic, experienced Head Fitness Coach to lead our team and elevate our studio to new heights. Located on Oahu’s west side, our studio is home to a passionate fitness community, and we need a leader who can drive performance, culture, and results—without needing constant direction.

• Lead and motivate members through science-backed, heart-rate-based interval training
• Ensure flawless coaching execution, keeping members engaged and accountable
• Proactively correct form and technique to maximize results and prevent injury

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume group fitness setting
• A nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A coach who’s not just a trainer, but a leader who drives results
