Transfer Driver (Full Time) – Ryder System, Inc.

Immediately hiring a Class A CDL Shuttle Driver to join us at Ryder in Kapolei, HI.

• Hourly Pay: $23 Per Hour
• Mon‑Fri, no weekends
• Home Time:
  Local – Home Daily
• Paid Training

• Shuttle equipment between Ryder customer facilities
• No‑touch, empty trailers for equipment shuttle transfer movement
• Transferring rental equipment and delivering trucks to customers, parts (straight trucks, vans, day cabs, sleepers, cabovers, etc.) as needed
• Parts Pick‑Up
• Primary responsibility: safely driving a commercial vehicle while complying with safety & DOT regulations, continuous training, and customer service
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Other tasks as assigned

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years)
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
• Class A verifiable experience: 9 months within the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures

• Unlimited roadside maintenance by a Ryder‑trained technician, plus service employees fueling trucks at all 800+ maintenance facilities

• Uniforms and boot allowance
• Paid time off starts accruing at Day 1 with 80 hours in the first year
