Eastman Health and Rehab Center is currently seeking an energetic Nurse with a go-getter attitude to join our team in Eastman, GA. We are searching for motivated, compassionate individuals to provide residents with routine daily nursing care delivered in a compassionate attitude and in accordance with our established nursing care procedures and philosophies as directed by supervisors. The licensed nurse (RN) or LPN helps fulfill the care requirements of patients and will be fully accountable for ensuring competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents.

• Provide bedside care.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care.
• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Ensure residents’ chart is current.
• Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions; notify appropriate parties of changes.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess residents’ condition.
• Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes.
• Modify residents’ care plan, directives, ADLs, and nurse aide flow sheets in conjunction with resident changes.

• Current and unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse License (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Must have a current BLS CPR card.
