Our client is a small but growing CPA firm based in Katy, TX, offering personalized service and long-term career growth. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of public accounting experience who is looking for stability, work-life balance, and the potential to grow into leadership —including a partner track opportunity.

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely client service
• Develop toward handling direct client interactions and providing financial insights as experience grows

• 2–5 years of experience in public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (tax coursework preferred)
• Proficiency in account reconciliations and general ledger work
• Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance
• Familiarity with accounting software (Quick Books, CCH Tax, or similar)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• CPA eligibility is a plus, but not required
