Job Overview:As the Manager, Supply and Demand Planning
, your primary responsibility is to drive business operations acceleration of Ledge as we rapidly grow and scale up. You will play a key role in building, implementing, and facilitating customized Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP+) processes and Integrated Business Process capability across the enterprise to improve operational execution, growth, customer satisfaction, lead-times, and working capital. This individual will be a key player on the management team driving operational effectiveness across the organization and enabling Ledge’s scale up acceleration.

This role is accountable to maintain planning models and parameters within our ERP system (Net Suite) and our planning software (Singuli). In addition, this role will generate and analyze company performance against KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, and capacity utilization. This team member will recommend process improvements and standardize planning workflows.

This entails working closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with sales, marketing, production, finance, and other relevant departments to gather input and ensure alignment of plans across the organization. Collaboration with finance teams to align S&OP plans with budgetary constraints and financial goals is also part of the responsibilities.

Proactive risk management is essential in identifying potential disruptions to the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of industry, CPG, or other relevant business experience
- Proven analytical skills, ability to create compelling fact-based presentations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action, adjust to change and persuade at all levels, are key competencies of this role
- Experience with Net Suite and Singuli is desirable

Salary Description$100,000 - $130,000
