We’re looking for a Lead eCommerce Engineer to drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our eCommerce platforms. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and deliver scalable, secure, high‑performing digital commerce solutions.

• Architect and define the overall technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across platforms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend technologies that enhance business value.
• Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Oversee and maintain high standards for code review, development, and deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of growth.
• Drive end‑to‑end technical execution for large, complex projects, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in application performance and scalability.
• Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, legal, and internal compliance standards.

• High School diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of proven experience building sophisticated cloud and hybrid‑cloud applications in Java and React/Angular.
• Proven background in object‑oriented design design patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with large‑scale e‑commerce (500+ million revenue) preferred.
• Expert knowledge of REST, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Strong command of front‑end technologies:
  React, Node.js, Next.js, Type Script, Graph
  
  QL, and CSS

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to meet critical deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
