District Operations Manager (Service) - Katy, TX

Job Summary:

The District Operations Manager supports the District Manager in managing refreshment operations, driving financial performance, and ensuring superior customer service across the district.

• Ensure branch financial performance meets company and client objectives
• Optimize operational productivity and develop accurate forecasts
• Interpret and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines for consistent application
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of new installations
• Monitor compliance with service level agreements to optimize customer satisfaction

• Participate in the sales process and support National Account projects
• Identify training needs for Customer Service Managers and coordinate development programs

• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve district goals

• Associate’s degree and minimum of 3 years related experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
