Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Outside Roofing & Remodel Sales Representative, located in Katy, TX, with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, assessing their roofing and remodeling needs, and providing estimates and solutions tailored to their requirements. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining strong customer relationships, staying informed about industry trends, collaborating with the production team, and ensuring projects are completed to the satisfaction of clients.

Field visits and inspections are required as part of the role, involving on‑site assessments and ensuring accurate project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with carpentry and insulation installation
• Competence in handling tasks related to roofing, waterproofing, and working at height
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on‑site and remote tasks
• Familiarity with roofing materials, safety standards, and construction practices is a plus
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous sales experience in construction, roofing, or a related field is highly desirable
