What is the job about?The CSSC (Customer Sales & Support Center) Front Line Representative supports the team in providing innovative solutions for our Commercial Buildings Services (CBS) unit. This hybrid role reports to the CSSC Front Line Manager and involves communications via CRM support email, telephone, live chat, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook. The ideal candidate is warm, optimistic, empathetic, hardworking, self‑aware, and integrity‑driven, with technical aptitude and a sense of urgency.
Relocation for this position is not supported. Qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Your main responsibilities- Provide primary support for inquiries from internal and external customers regarding Grundfos extranet, SAP, Grundfos Product Center, and other order support tools.
- Act as the primary contact to provide solutions for customer needs.
- Handle requests from customers who have submitted a sales order at risk of being late.
- Manage emails, chats, and phone calls from customers.
- Process complex orders to completion.
- Resolve escalated customer order complaints.
- Resolve customer billing disputes (RMA, credits, etc.).
- Record and collect customer interaction details, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other functional departments, such as operations and logistics, to meet customer expectations.
- Support data entry and customer service representative team members with training, reporting, problem solving, and daily needs.
- Provide subject‑matter expert support related to order management across all Grundfos areas.
- Associate degree or three to five years of related customer service experience.
- Previous customer service experience in the pump industry or a similar field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate formally and informally in written and oral formats to the appropriate audience.
- Willingness to share information, advice, and suggestions to help others succeed.
- Business writing skills, including accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Proven experience anticipating customer future needs.
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Preferred knowledge of SAP (S/4 HANA) SD Module, Order‑to‑Cash, CRM, and Lotus Notes or similar applications.
- Ability to operate out of the Brookshire, Texas facility in a hybrid function.

The annual pay for this position ranges from $51,000‑$76,000. Actual pay will depend on skill set, experience, and location.
