, Monday through Friday

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

Compensation: $20-$21/hr, plus bonus opportunities

As a Dental Patient Coordinator, your duties will include:

• Checking patients in/out
• Insurance verification understanding
• Answering phones
• Calling re‑care patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Assisting with keeping the schedule full
• Collecting payments from patients’ current and outstanding balances

Requirements:

• Experience in a dental front office setting(6+ months is required)
• Insurance verification/knowledge(required)
• Knowledge of dental procedure codes(required)
• Customer Service skills (answering phones, scheduling, check‑in/check‑out)
• Ability to multitask
• High energy with a great positive attitude
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and punctual
• Professional appearance
• Dedicated to providing superior customer service
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced office setting
• Pleasant phone demeanor

• Strong technical abilities with patient management systems - Denticon software experience is a plus!
