** team a full time opening at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital located in West Houston. This facility sees an annual volume of 36,000.  Licensed 210 beds. The qualified candidate should be board certified with a valid TX license.
** Position Highlights:
*** Opening is Full Time
* Shifts are normally 8 hours, can also schedule 12s or blocks if needed
* Qualified candidates should be one of the following:  + Pediatricians with ER work experience  + Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians  + Pediatricians with extensive pediatric Urgent Care Experience
* Generous Compensation

* Required:

PALS, BLS, ACLS

** Community hospital w 45k+ total visits.

Level III Adult Trauma Center Highly involved orthopedic service 24/7 for adult and pediatrics.

Trauma surgeon response to level 1 trauma

Trauma surgeon available for level 2 traumas
24/7 CT, MRI, ultrasound.

Dedicated Pediatric EC with waiting room Annual volume prior to surge was-7500

Usual volume 20-25/dayPeak surge 40-50;
Currently 30-40

Currently 3 rooms with full critical care ability/sedation capable

Larger ward style room with 4 spaces

Critical pediatric patients seen in main Admissions/transfer 8-12%
