KCCC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Children’s Pastor/Minister/Director to shepherd, lead and direct our children’s ministry. The candidate must have a heart for influencing and transforming children’s lives through the gospel of Christ. The candidate should be enthusiastic about working with children and possess a solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate ministry practices. A strong willingness and deep passion to build godly relationships with children and help them grow spiritually is essential.

The Children’s Pastor/Minister/Director reports directly to the Sr. Pastor of KCCC.

• Provide spiritual leadership and guidance for children's ministry programs.
• Develop age-appropriate curricula and activities aligned with gospel-centered teaching.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers and teachers.
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate children's ministry with overall church mission.
• Oversee safety, check-in/out procedures, and child protection policies.

• Experience in children's ministry, youth ministry, or related education, with a track record of engaging children.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate ministry practices.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, volunteers, and church staff.
• Commitment to biblical teaching and gospel-centered ministry.
