About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Vice President of Project Execution to lead the implementation of Terraflow Energy’s large-scale energy infrastructure projects. This role will focus on EPC execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of utility-scale energy projects from engineering through commissioning.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams including civil, electrical, and construction engineers.
  • Manage relationships with EPC contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and enforce project management frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and QA/QC protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and permitting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles within EPC or infrastructure project delivery.
  • Deep understanding of renewable energy systems, grid integration, and construction management.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Ability to lead field teams and coordinate with external partners and stakeholders.
