We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Warranty Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction through effective warranty management and technical support. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to analyze warranty claims, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct root cause analysis on returned products and collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding warranty‑related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of warranty data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Work cross‑functionally with quality, engineering, and customer support teams to improve product reliability and reduce warranty costs.
- Support initiatives related to data centers, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and solar industry applications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Background in Quality Engineering and/or Customer Support Engineering
- Experience or strong interest in data centers, BESS, and the solar industry
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and cross‑team collaboration.
- Proficiency in warranty management systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
