Park Team Member

Overview

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing questions or comments from guests while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform many tasks with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time at Kids Empire.

• Attend to customers promptly, greet them accordingly, and make them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Operate the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and provide guest information (address, name, email, phone) via an iPad.
• Operate the front cash counter: receive exact bill amounts, manage cash flow, process payments (cash or card), and provide exact change when paid with cash.
• Verify billing transactions on the POS system.
• Organize the refreshment area with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream; monitor inventory and coordinate with management to reorder as needed.
• Walk the floor to ensure no unsafe hazards and that guests follow park rules and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures (tables, chairs, playgrounds).
• Assist and participate in family events and help events operate efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly; frequent hand movements and good finger dexterity.
• Work in noisy environments created by guests and activities.
• Ability to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children and possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Operate an iPad.
• Read and write in English.
