Administrative Assistant – Paragon Infusion Centers
Location: 21927 Clay Road, Suite 900 Katy, TX

M – F; 8am – 4pm
Schedule: Full-Time
This role requires associates to work from the posted location full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.

Responsibilities- Processes for check‑in, verifying charts are pulled for scheduled appointments, demographics/eligibility is updated, and current forms are being utilized.
- Listens and responds to patient and/or family members concerns.
- Responds to patient questions and complaints; routes issues to appropriate personnel.
- Analyzes daily administrative operations and utilization of resources.
- Assists in Next Gen user issues.
- Ensures proper cash controls are in place and policy and procedures are followed.
- Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of lead/supervisory experience in a health care environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- For Carelon Health business units, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
- Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Medical office experience preferred.
- Medical insurance knowledge preferred.
