LPC-; Therapist Associate

Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking Associate Therapists (LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A) to join our growing, multi-state behavioral health team.

You will work under the supervision of fully licensed clinicians while delivering therapy in a system built around consistency, accountability, and measurable patient outcomes

• Provide individual therapy under supervision using evidence-based approaches
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinical

• Participate in structured supervision and clinical development
• Deliver care via in-person and hybrid settings

• Associate-level license: LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A (or equivalent)
• Eligible for supervision under state guidelines
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• High level of accountability and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards
