This is your chance to be a key player in shaping our team and culture. As a Recruiter at Core Group Resources, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

What you will do
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop hiring strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
What we re looking for
  • Experience:

    0-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably agency.
  • Skills:

    Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Linked In Recruiter.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • People Person:
    Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Driven:
    Self-motivated, service focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple positions at once.
