This is your chance to be a key player in shaping our team and culture. As a Recruiter at Core Group Resources, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop hiring strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Experience:
0-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably agency. - Skills:
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. - Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Linked In Recruiter. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - People Person:
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Driven:
Self-motivated, service focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple positions at once.
