This Helpdesk Engineer role blends day to day support with project based work and escalations. It is ideal for an MSP engineer who enjoys variety, troubleshooting depth, and exposure to networking, servers, and security technologies while remaining hands on.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical support across Microsoft 365 and Entra
• Troubleshoot Active Directory, servers, and Windows workstations
• Support networking infrastructure including switches, wireless, and firewalls
• Configure and support Sonic Wall firewalls
• Support Ubiquiti switches and wireless access points
• Perform network deployments including firewalls, switches, and servers
• Deploy and support Hyper V hosts and Microsoft Intune solutions
• Maintain strong client communication and high customer satisfaction

Experience and Skills Required

• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience troubleshooting Windows servers and workstations
• Hands on experience with Sonic Wall and Ubiquiti products
• Strong problem solving and escalation handling skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
