The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in Southcentral United States (Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana).

Key Leadership Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable growth and market share.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and end users.
  • Inspire and develop a talented sales team.
  • Execute ITW Welding’s North American sales strategy in a dynamic and competitive market.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead & inspire:
    Provide clarity, direction, and motivation to the regional sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Develop talent:
    Coach and support team members, creating a strong, diverse pipeline of talent for the future.
  • Strengthen partnerships:
    Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distribution partners.
  • Align & execute:
    Collaborate with divisional sales leaders to target high-potential accounts and drive growth.
  • Engage customers:
    Connect with end users to understand their needs and influence preference for ITW Welding solutions.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales or sales management experience in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong understanding of distribution channel management.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms ( preferred).
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% overnight.
Compensation and Benefits

Annual base salary range: $120,000 to $180,000, with performance-based quarterly bonuses and annual salary increases. Benefits include 401(k) match, generous retirement contributions, paid time off, insurance coverage, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
