This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adept at managing cross‑functional teams, and skilled at identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

- Ranging from $38 – $40/hour, paid weekly
- 8 am – 5 pm, Monday‑Friday
- Located in Katy, TX 77494
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Establish, track, and manage project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines
- Organize and coordinate resources across departments to ensure optimal project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement timely solutions
- Lead and motivate diverse teams, including product development, engineering, supply chain, marketing, and sales
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Proactively resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum and alignment
- Identify potential risks that could impact timelines, budgets, or quality
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks
- Continuously monitor and adjust risk management plans as needed
- Provide regular updates on project status, performance metrics, and potential issues
- Prepare and deliver project reports, including budget updates and risk assessments
- Present project information effectively to executive leadership and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and tools
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- This person will report to the VP of Product Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- Proven track record of managing projects, preferably involving product development and commercialization of physical goods
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Smartsheet)
- Experience in manufacturing
- Experience in the furniture, hard goods, or outdoor product categories
- This person won’t have any direct reports, but rather working with Product Development team members, industrial designers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure the projects are making it through.
